Ingredients:
2 whole free range chickens (cut each

1 cup kochujan (Korean miso paste) or,
substitute any miso paste
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup minced ginger
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/4 cup minced Thai chilis
